This thread will serve as an active master list of properties in Riverside that have problems needing attention. As new properties are added to the list, this first post will be updated and kept current with the most recent information available.

To add to the list, please respond here and provide the actual street address of the property in question along with any specific information you might have including: photos, description of the problem(s), property owner, history of problems, etc. I have included one property below as an example and will be adding to the list as I make my way through the neighborhood and take photos. Please add your own comments as well.

With your help we can and will work to deal with the nuisance properties in Riverside one at a time.

Bolton Road

Problem(s): The property is located immediately behind the Laundromat at the split of Bolton & Hollywood. There is an ever-increasing pile of trash, furniture, tires and debris being piled up on the property. Home appears to have no services and be in an unlivable condition.

Address: 2037 Hollywood Road
Owner: Identified
Problem(s): Property is located at corner of Main and Hollywood. Individuals do live there, not sure how. There are no windows on the backside of the property. There are approximately 5 dogs (what appears to be 3 husky puppies) tied - with rope - to the back porch (which is in complete disrepair). There does not appear to be any services in the home. The house next door also has their furniture thrown in the yard (2039 Hollywood Road) - not sure on living conditions, but is slightly better than 2037.

Action Taken:
Humane society called.
