Can anyone recommend a reputable company or handy person who can help with water drainage correction (gutters, landscaping for drainage, etc.) outside, as well as maintaining moisture content in crawl space (installing dehumidifier, sump pumps, etc.)?

We recently got a quote from a sealing company who wanted an almost unbelievable amount of money just to seal the crawlspace and add dehumidifier (not even correcting other drainage issues outside).
